Orders and Payment

All orders placed through M.Gahar Optics are subject to product availability. We currently accept Cash on Delivery; online payment options will be added in the future. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may be updated without prior notice.

Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated based on your governorate and city at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Contact lenses and opened hygiene products are non-returnable for health reasons.

Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.
